Qualla Village is located in the heart of Connestee Falls, a 4,000-acre residential community in the mountains of Western North Carolina. 2,500 acres of this community are dedicated green space, never to be developed upon. Connestee Falls is a stable established adult community currently consisting of nearly 1,200 homes and continually growing. There are two entrances to Connestee Falls, each with a gate and guardhouse.

The Main Gate, or North Entrance, is manned 24 hours a day for assistance with directions, visitor and guest arrivals, deliveries, road hazards or any security needs. The South Entrance is manned during the day and property access card keys are available to the residents for night use. In addition, there is day and night roaming security.
