Brief History of The Developers of Qualla Village.

Frank A. Latell, P.E.

    Owner, Designer and General Contractor of Qualla Village.
bullet Graduated from Youngstown State University in 1957 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
bullet Enlisted in the Civil Engineering Corp. US Navy, (Seven Years Active Duty)
bullet Designed, developed, and built multi-family housing and custom home in Ohio (1966-1971)
bullet Moved his family to Fort Myers, Florida in 1971, where he designed, developed and built multi-family and custom homes (1971-1990)
bullet Built a second home in Connestee Falls (Brevard, NC) in 1988
bullet Now out of semi-retirement developing Qualla Village
bullet Registered Professional Engineer and General Contractor in the states of North Carolina, Florida and Ohio.
Mark D. Latell, P.E.     Owner and Project Engineer of Qualla Village
bullet Graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
bullet Worked for Chicago Bridge and Iron (1990-1996)
bullet Now Project Engineer on Qualla Village Development
bullet Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Georgia
